There are 2 basic types of socket designs for
the transfemoral amputee:
The Quadrilateral Socket where the patient bears weight
on the ischial seat.
The Ischial Containment Socket designed
with a narrower mediolateral dimension. |

There are many variations of each socket design
and we custom fit the prosthesis for the optimal patient comfort and performance.
There are also a variety of knee units, foot designs and suspension options
customized to each patient’s needs. |
